WoodResource from PacSoft is a fully integrated log procurement system. Transactions and activities are managed so initial entry of data or receipt of information is efficiently verified and tracked from the Logging Site through the Log deck and up to the Debarker.
WoodResource also provides historical tracking of resources without duplication of effort or unnecessary intervention.

WoodResource is a state-of-the-art application for the Forest Products Industry that manages your log and fiber purchases, settlements, inventory and sales. WoodResource is fully client/server compliant and utilizes relational data base technology within various network topologies and operating systems. Whether you operate a Hardwood or Softwood Sawmill, Pulp Mill Paper Mill, Log Merchandising Yard or Export Facility, WoodResource gives you the capability to manage the business activities of timber and fiber acquisition, cutting & hauling, contracts and settlements, payments, advances, hold backs and adjustments, usage, transfer and sales for multiple locations. WoodResource tracks inventory volumes by species and grade as well as inventory costs. Complete product mix and costs can be tracked to the log. WoodResource is currently used for softwoods, hardwoods, pulpwood and chips in all accepted scaling methods including weight.
